As frases deveriam ser respondidas em uma Escala de 5 posi\u00e7\u00f5es: Concordo totalmente; Concordo parcialmente; Nem concordo nem discordo; Discordo parcialmente; e Discordo totalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foi, ent\u00e3o, realizada a an\u00e1lise estat\u00edstica pela t\u00e9cnica de <strong>An\u00e1lise de Cluster<\/strong>, com o emprego do m\u00e9todo da m\u00ednima vari\u00e2ncia (m\u00e9todo de <strong>Ward<\/strong>).
